Luminaria Walk at Green Lake

K and I took Bandit to the Green Lake Pathway of Lights. Although it's an annual event and is in its 33rd year, this was our first time participating. The entire 2.8 miles of path was lined on both sides by candlelit luminarias. At intervals along the path were different instrumental groups and singing groups performing Christmas music. In addition to the pathway being lit up, lots of people had decorated themselves with lights draped around their necks, strollers decked out with lights, and we even saw one large dog with a string of lights wrapped around his body. There was a great turnout. We started our walk at 5:30 p.m. and were finished exactly one hour later. Bandit enjoyed himself and was pleased to see LOTS of other dogs wearing all kinds of winter clothing.

Then we came home and had siskonsoppa.
