Last week while grocery shopping at Safeway I came across something I didn't even know existed. I was getting some frozen treats for T in preparation for his recuperation from his tonsillectomy. Imagine my surprise when I came across "Frosty Paws" from Purina. It's a frozen dog treat that's a canine version of ice cream. Of course I had to get a box (for Bandit, not T! ☺).
Today is turning out to be a nice hot summer day, so I figured it was a good day to introduce Bandit to a Frosty Paws. He loved it! He licked it down to a tiny little blob which I then took out of the bowl and put on the grass, and he finished the entire treat! I would not recommend giving a dog one of these as an indoor treat.
This is yummy!
