Wish You Were Here!

I'm sitting in the Lincoln City Starbucks which offers free wifi, so I'm able to do a little updating.  We had a great visit with Bandit's breeders, Jamie and Dean, on our way down here.  Bandit got to have some quality time with his Mama Gracie, though Papa Joey is quite protective of his home and family so wasn't up for meeting his son.

We discovered that Bandit is actually slightly larger than his Mama.  She weighs around 30 pounds and Bandit weighs 33.

I'm so disappointed this particular picture is blurry.  It's so cute because when Bandit was let into the puppy play area with his siblings they all came over to check out their big brother.  I love how they're all so inquisitive and interested in him.

There aren't a ton of people down here this time of year (we usually come in August) so Bandit's been lucky enough to have tons of off-leash romp time.  He's been quite good with his recall.
