Inky Toes

Bandit's paw pads look as though he stepped in blank ink. The pink on his pads is eraser pink. He's doing much better at having his feet handled, but not when it comes to trimming his nails. When the weather is rainy and the grass is wet, Bandit gets toweled off before being let into the house. Yesterday was our first rainy day with Bandit. Each time we got to toweling his feet he would squeal and cry like we were torturing him. Today, however, he seems to be more resigned to the fact that his feet are going to get toweled - so far, no squealing. Maybe we'll try trimming the toenails again today. Yesterday, Ken and I tried together to do some trimming - no such luck!
